These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Mazaya marketplace, whether as a browser, retail customer or wholesale buyer. By using the service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering a binding contract in your country of residence. Wholesale accounts require valid business registration.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorised access.

3. Orders & pricing

All orders are subject to availability and confirmation. Prices, MOQs and tier discounts are shown on each product page and may change without notice. Applicable taxes and duties will be shown at checkout.

4. Payment

Payment is due at checkout unless credit terms have been agreed in writing for wholesale accounts. Mazaya reserves the right to cancel any order suspected of fraud.

5. Shipping & risk

Delivery lead times are estimates. Title and risk of loss transfer to you on delivery to the address provided.

6. Returns

Returns are governed by our Returns & Refunds policy, which forms part of these Terms.

7. Intellectual property

All content on Mazaya — including brand marks, product imagery and platform software — is protected by intellectual property laws and may not be copied or reused without permission.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mazaya's aggregate liability for any claim arising out of your use of the service is limited to the amount you paid for the order that gave rise to the claim.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Disputes will be resolved in the competent courts of Riyadh, unless local mandatory law provides otherwise.
