Ordering
Do I need an account to place an order?
You can browse freely, but an account is required at checkout so we can track your order, save addresses and manage returns.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, mada, Apple Pay, Tabby (buy-now-pay-later) and cash on delivery in supported regions. Wholesale accounts may also request net-terms.
Wholesale
How do wholesale prices work?
Eligible products show tier pricing on the product page — the more you buy, the lower the per-unit price. Tiers apply automatically at checkout once the minimum order quantity (MOQ) is met.
Can I request a custom quote?
Yes — contact wholesale@mazaya.market with the SKUs, quantities and destination and our team will respond within one business day.
Shipping
Which countries do you deliver to?
We currently ship across Saudi Arabia, the UAE, Kuwait, Bahrain, Qatar and Oman. See our Shipping & Delivery page for lead times.
Returns
What if my order arrives damaged?
Refuse the delivery or contact us within 48 hours of receipt with photos and we'll arrange a free replacement or refund. Full details on our Returns page.
