Every order gets a tracking link by SMS and email as soon as it ships. You can also track live from My Orders.
Cold-chain items
Chilled and frozen items ship in temperature-controlled packaging and are only dispatched on days that guarantee same- or next-day arrival to preserve quality.
Failed deliveries
Our courier will attempt delivery up to three times. If we still can't reach you, the order returns to our warehouse and we'll contact you to reschedule or refund minus a return-logistics fee.
