Delivery and payment combos
Delivery methods are configured in the Mazaya backend and will appear here once enabled.
Checkout flow
- Review cart items and quantities.
- Pick a delivery address, date, and time slot.
- Apply coupons, rewards points, and wallet balance.
- Select a payment method for the remaining amount.
- Place the order and keep tracking it from My Orders.
Security and logs
Every payment attempt is recorded in the backend so failed payments, COD references, and wallet usage can be audited later.
Returns and refunds
Return requests start from the order detail screen. Once reviewed, refunds can be settled back to the original payment method or Mazaya wallet depending on backend settings.
